In the afternoon of April 19th, Mr. Zhao Xiaohe, Party Secretary of ATC, Mr. Wang Qingsong, Vice Party Secretary and President of ATC, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of ATC: Mr. Chu Guoding and Ms. Wang Haiyan, Ms. Yin Hong, Discipline Inspection Commission Secretary of ATC, discussed with Dr. Arthur M.Harkins and Dr. John W. Moravec of University of Minnesota of USA, Dr. Carol Knicker of Augsburg College of USA, and Dr. Cristobal Cobo of Institute of Technology of Mexico, on globalization of teachers’ education. Both sides agreed to put forward globalization of teachers’ education.

Mr. Zhao introduced the history and development of ATC, and cooperation with Dumlupinar University of Turkey and Augsburg College of USA. Four experts also introduced their colleges and expressed cooperation invitation orally. Mr. Wang, accepted the invitation and would give quick reply after further discussion.
