According to the initial exchange agreement made by the two sides, four members of Hildesheim University Band, Ms. Marlène Clément, Kathrin Pfnder, Pan Xingye and Mr. Aron Weigl, were invited to our college this March for 10-days' interactive teaching. The leadership emphasis this exchange activity very much, and set up a specific arranging group to make sure the exchange succeed.

March 4 th , Ms. Marlène Clément, the leader of the band, gave a lecture on music theory, and introduced difference between European and German music style, and the courses of Hildesheim University . She explained profound theories in simple language, and also introduced many famous European music works. Her lecture was eye-opening, diverse and attractive for students.

From March 5 th to 10 th , under the four musicians' diligent supervision, 70 students have practiced 9 pieces orchestral work and 3 choruses of European and German style. During the six days' working together, the students had benefited a lot from these musicians' responsible attitude and dedicated pursuit for music, and established profound friendship with them.

The first concert was shown at Petrochemical No.3 Primary School on the morning of March 11 th , which was a success for the entire players and students' concert organizing group. The four musicians and students performed the second concert at the concert hall of ATC in the evening. Mr. Shi Xinzhong, vice president of ATC, enjoyed the concert, and gave his sincere thanks for the musicians' hardworking and best congratulations for the success of the concert.
