February 4 th , 2008, Synchronous Seminar on Leapfrog Development of Chinese and American Education co-held by School of Education of ATC and College of Education and Human Development of UMN. Both sides discussed the leapfrog development of education and the research plan of 2008, and achieved the mutual recognition on the leapfrog education's connotation and the operating mode, as well as 2008 research plans.

The synchronous seminar of the two Chinese and American institutions is the achievement of the international conference held by ATC in 2007. Developing international research by synchronous seminar, which is the lowest cost, the most time saving, the rapidest international communication and cooperation pattern, initialed a new channel of our college's international exchange and cooperation research.
