22 nd March, 2008, Dr. Choon Sei Lee, Dean of School of Global Education and Exchange of Soon Chun Hyang University (SCH) of Korea , and other two professors visited ATC to discuss cooperation issues.

23 rd March, Dr. Zhang Qun, Vice President of ATC, welcomed them warmly and held a meeting with them in the Red Mansion on the old campus. Dr. Zhang Qun introduced our college's development, majors and international cooperation, and expressed our hope to establish collaborative relationship with SCH. Dr. Choon Sei Lee also introduced the information of history, schools and majors, and international programs of SCH. Dr. Zhang Qun and Dr. Choon Sei Lee discussed the details and reached the agreement of the first cooperative program and signedAcademic Cooperation Protocol,representing the two institutions. Directors of President's Office and International Exchange Center also attended the meeting.

After the meeting, the delegation of SCH, accompanied by staff of International Exchange Center , visited the new campus.
