Mr. Masashi Hisatomi, economy counselor of Anqing government and former director of Japan TPR Company, set ‘Masashi Hisatomi Scholarship' in Anqing Normal University(ATC) and donated 800,000 Japanese yen to help the students from poverty-stricken families to develop in every aspect.

In November, 50 students with financial difficulties were chosen to be the owners of ‘Masashi Hisatomi Scholarship'.

December 5, 2007, the donating ceremony of ‘Masashi Hisatomi Scholarship' was held in ATC. Mr. Zhao Xiaohe, the party secretary of ATC and Mr. Shi Xinzhong, the vice president of ATC, attended the ceremony and held a meeting with the Japanese guests and the leaders of ATG.
