Mr. Clos said this is his third visit, but he had different feeling from last two. At the first visit of December, 2007, teachers and students' passion and the campus construction impressed him deeply. The traditional music education and Huangmei Opera Major deeply impressed him at his second visit in September, 2008. He thanked a lot for the considerate arrangement and warm welcome for music band. Mr. Clos also hoped that after the signing of the agreement, the two sides can explore exchange possibility of modern music on the basis of the cooperation of traditional music. The two sides' further exchange on music would contribute more to the two countries culture exchange. The ceremony was hosted by Dr. Liu Youzhong, director of Foreign Affairs Office. Deans of Schools of Music and Director of Foreign Affairs Office had participated in the signing ceremony.

In their two days' stay, the band held two workshops, one lecture and two concerts for the teachers and students. Mr. Shi Xinzhong, vice president of ATC watched the concerts and praised highly of it.
