On the afternoon of October the 19th, the Second Teacher Education International Conference closed successfully. Prof. Wang Qingsong, President of ATC, Prof. Wang Haiyan, Prof. Zhang Qun, vice Presidents of ATC and some representatives of the Conference attended the closing ceremony.

President Wang gave a speech summarizing the conference. In his opinion, this conference has three characteristics. Firstly, this is a high rank international conference. Mr. Song Yonggang, Deputy Director of Normal Department of Ministry of Education, took part in the conference himself and gave us a high level report. Also, lots of experts on teacher education from some domestic and international key universities, for example, Beijing Normal University , Eastern Normal University of China, Southwest University and the International Council for Education Development (ICED) of USA , brought their newest research result
