Recommended by Mennonite Partners in China(MPC), 1 5 undergraduates from Eastern Mennonite University chose to study in Anqing Normal University(ANU) f rom 11th to 22nd Nov ， 2013. Those students started their study tour from the end of August. ANU is a major stop for them to learn Chinese language.

It is the first time for ANU to accept so many foreign students, the leadership value it very much. To satisfy them, 15 Chinese students majoring in Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language were selected to teach them Chinese language and Chinese culture one-to-one everyday . Kinds of culture experience activities make them feel the Chinese and Anqing local culture deeply, like appreciating Huangmei Opera performance, and attending Kongfu class .

Apart from language learning, they also join in the English teaching class to help our students to practice their oral English, and exchange learning experience with the three exchange students from Salisbury University . They also show up in the English corners to help our foreign teachers to talk with students.

In these two weeks, these 15 American students learned a lot and enjoyed their life here very much. Especially, they had established deep friendship with their 15 language tutors after two weeks' study ing and play ing together.

Though it is the first time for ANU to arrange such activity, Myrrl Byler, the director of MPC praised the high effiency of ANU and would like to enclose ANU to their study tour program next year.
