On November 4 th , Dr. Diallo Sessoms and Dr. Joyce Wiencek, professors from Salisbury University in Maryland, United States came to start their one week teaching in AnQing Normal University. Two professors were warmly welcomed by Qun Zhang, Vice President of ANU, Hans, Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Office, and Changde Cao, Dean of Education Department.

Dr. Sessoms and Dr. Wiencek had five lectures each about educational technology and early literacy for students of Education Department and current teachers of the National Kindergarteners Training Base (2012). Dr. Sessoms mentioned many kinds of advanced technology such asSolids Elementary,a kind of software to display geometry. Both of students and current teachers thought these lectures were totally expand their horizon and provided them new ways to let children explore. In Dr. Wiencek's lectures, students and current teachers were deeply affected by Dr. Wiencek's wide range of knowledge, passion, and her specific way of teaching early literacy. Students and current teachers appreciated what Dr. Sessoms and Dr. Wiencek shared with them. They were more aware of the importance of technology in digital world and early literacy for children.
